Throughout college and my first full-time job, I made many attempts to wake up earlier than I had to to go to the gym. Most mornings, it was a battle with the snooze button, and most mornings, I failed. I tried everything - but at the end of the day, I blamed my willpower and was way too hard on myself. I was wrong.
Through months of research and trial & error, I invested myself in learning all about better sleep, morning and nighttime routines, and waking up with more energy. Today, my goal is to spread this information with as many people as I possibly can.
