Welcome to How to Plan and Execute A Successful Drone Flight!

As an experienced drone pilot since 2011, I am excited to teach you the essential tips and knowledge I have learned to complete a successful drone mission while prioritizing safety.

This course is designed for beginners and experienced pilots and will equip you with the necessary skills, tools, and techniques to fly your drone safely and effectively.

Planning a drone flight involves several essential steps to ensure a safe and successful operation. In this example, I will discuss a successful mission I carried out in the central part of Copenhagen.

ISCA hired me to work in collaboration with their Visual Communications Specialist. The mission involved capturing aerial footage of a scheduled event at Vor Frelsers Kirke, a great church. The church had granted permission to fly, but only between 8-9am.

We collaborated with ISCA on a video featuring the famous Church of Our Saviour in Copenhagen, known for its twisting spire. Climbing its 400 steps has been a popular activity since 1752. The video, created for #NoElevatorsDay on April 26, showcases our ascent of this impressive staircase in Copenhagen. We also promoted #UseTheStairs whenever possible.

This event was organized by #EUSolidarityCorps volunteers and supported by Vor Frelsers Kirke Christianshavn, the Copenhagen Metro, and TECH DRONE MEDIA, who generously provided their services for free after learning about our initiative. Enjoy the two-minute recap! ????
