Drilling Rig Crew and their Responsibilities

this training course  talking about the drilling rig teams starting from roustabout then floor man and derrick man then assistant driller and driller then toolpuser, this course then talk about the functions of each one at the rig site and explain the relationship between the rig crew.

•The derrick man wears a special safety harness that enables him to lean out from the work platform (called mpnkeyboard) to reach the drill pipe in the centre of the derrick , throw a line around the pipe and pull it back to the storage area (called fingerboards) until it is time to run the pipe back into the well

•يرتدي حزام أمان يسمج له بإخراج جسمه خارج منصة البرج بحيث يصل لماسورة الحفر في مركز البرج فيلفها بكبل و يسحبها لمكان التخزين ريثما يحين الوقت مجددا لإعادتها الى البئر

•Operating and maintaining all the equipment in the mud pump room

•تشغيل و صيانة جميع المعدات في غرفة مضخات سائل الحفر

•Tool Pushers are in charge of ensuring the rig has all necessary tools, equipment, and supplies. They work closely with the representative of the operating/exploration company in regard to the actual drilling of the well.

•Supervising all drilling, work over (and/or concurrent well intervention where appropriate) and well maintenance activities, including the management of the integrated services contractors and support personnel, to ensure that all operations meet contractual quality and performance criteria
