For this challenge I'm introducing 2 basketballs. It'll make thing much more complicated and will give you something to work up to. Now everything in this video you are capable of doing. It just hasn't been presented to you this way. This is a very challenging drill. See if you can make a layup and a 1-2 pull up jumper back to back with out missing shot or messing any part of the ball handling up. (This includes picking it up after you've pinned it down!) Dribbling is the second most essential skill in basketball. You don't need a tremendous amount of moves to be a great ball handler but you do need to know have a firm grasp on the basics if you want to somewhat successful. Without the ability to dribble you will be a statue out on the court anytime you have the ball.
