For many women clothing is very important. But it turns out to be difficult to find the right garments and then to combine them nicely with what you already have. In the store a set of garments look very nice, but when you get home you suddenly have second thoughts. Well, it seems there are a lot of insecurities connected to clothing.

HOW TO INTEGRATE YOUR PERSONAL COLOR CONTRAST IN YOUR OUTFIT

In this episode we show you how to establish your personal contrast levels and how to implement this in your choice of clothes. You’ll see there is a lot of room to experiment. Play with these principles until you are happy with the results.

Ready to refine some of your outfits with the right level of contrast?
It works best when you work on it everyday. Just take some time to do this: for example in the morning when you’ve completed your outfit for the day. Take a moment to look at yourself from the perspective of contrast. Then try to change the contrast. Make small adjustments: add something or leave something out.
