Take a sheet of paper or preferably a notebook, and a pen. Write down at least one hundred wishes or dreams in the following format: "I would like to have..." or "I would like to...". For example, "I would like to have a house in Paris" or "I would like to visit the North Pole."
- Biggest energy drainers.
- Exercise 'Baggage from the past'
Write down at least 20 things with a pen on a sheet of paper that you have been postponing or are no longer relevant.
Plan and accomplish important and urgent tasks.
Write "I am taking back my energy from this task" next to all the other tasks.
- I don't have to fulfill external dreams.
- Exercise 'New - Mine - Realistic'
Pick five wishes from our list of hundred wishes from the first lecture that meet those three criteria:
- It must represent a new experience for you.
- It must be realistic to get it within a year.
- And it must be your wish.
You can take more then 5 wishes, if you want, feel free to chose the ones you are most excited about.
For each wish, write it down with a pen on a piece of paper with your own hand and describe how this wish will be fulfilled. Describe what exactly happens during the fulfilment, where you are, with whom, what time it is, what surrounds you, what you are doing at that moment. The more details, the better.

- Exercise 'Worst-case scenario'
For the five wishes from the last session, nwrite down ten things that can go wrong per wish. So we have five multiplied by ten things, a total of fifty scenarios, fifty things that can go wrong after or during its fulfilment.
Feel free to come up with more than 10.

Fulfil one wish of your choice by yourself.
During or immediately after that, thank yourself and the universe.
