As we begin this section, just remember one thing:
Your dream world is your playground, you get to set the rules. Any limitations you have exist in your mind.

Dosage: start of with 4mg and work up to 8 mg.

Reason 2: More restful sleep
2) By promoting more deep sleep early in the night you feel more rested if you take Supplement One, which promotes REM sleep and decreases deep sleep.
This leads to a more balanced night's sleep if you choose to use Supplement One.

Dosage: 100-150mg at bed time
In this lecture we will discuss a supplement which does not directly trigger lucid dreaming but it is helpful because the increased vividness of the dream can make it more likely that you notice irregularities in the dream

Dosage: 3-6 mg 30-60 minutes before bed.
In this lecture we will discuss a supplement which like Supplement One, it is as an Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor which means it inhibits the breakdown of ACh, but it doesn't work quite the same way
This supplement can also increase total time spent in REM, however it does it through the REM. REM sleep will be suppressed early in in the night but you will experience much longer REM periods in the latter half of sleep.

Dosage: 200 mcg (micrograms not milligrams) before bed.

"The instructor covers EVERYTHING. You will have all the know hows to becoming a lucid dreamer. Any questions you have will be answered in the course. You get all the tools, it just comes down to whether your committed enough. He isn't the most entertaining instructor though.
