Description

Hello and welcome to this course. My name is Joseph and, I will be your instructor on this second project where we learn how to design and illustrate using Inkscape.

We will create a beautiful landscape from a hand-drawn sketch.

Inkscape is a free and open-source vector graphics editor that offers a rich set of features. It is widely used for artistic and technical illustrations, such as cartoons, clip art, logos, typography, diagramming, and flowcharting.

Even if you are an absolute beginner, this course is structured for you. It is easy to follow with a step-by-step documentation guide. We begin by setting up the workspace, learning the available tools and panels, loading, and saving files. You will also learn some tips, tricks, and techniques that I find extremely useful as an artist. We will also learn about color.

I will do my best to give you as much value as possible.

At the end of this course, you will have the knowledge and confidence to run a project in Inkscape.

I have also worked on several projects for some major companies. Join me as I take this journey to create this beautiful artwork.

I am glad to share with you my knowledge and skills.

Without further ado, let us begin.
