Description
Hey there my new friend! Are you ready to explore your emotions in a creative and meaningful way? Join me for "Draw Your Feelings," a class where we will dive deep into art and self-expression!
In this one-hour session, we'll cover the basics of using line, color, and pattern to represent your emotions. You'll learn how to take those complex feelings you’ve been carrying and express them through simple yet powerful drawings. This isn’t about being an artist—it’s about connecting with yourself and finding a new way to understand and express your emotions.
All you need is a pen, some markers or crayons, and paper! No special art supplies are required. We’ll start with a mindfulness exercise to help you tune into your emotions, then move into creative activities that guide you in using simple shapes and lines to process your feelings. You’ll also learn how to map emotions in your body, turning abstract sensations into tangible art.
Whether you’re new to drawing or just looking for a fresh way to explore your emotions, this class is for you. I hope you’ll join us and see how powerful creative expression can be.
I can't wait to see you on the inside!

Instructor
Hi, I’m Nicole. My pronouns are she/ her. I am a queer, larger bodied, trauma survivor who has found tremendous healing through therapeutic art, meditation, and tarot. I hope to help co-create similar experiences for you so that you can learn to love your body and feel safe, as you heal and remember who you truly are.
I believe in HAES (health at every size) and adopt trauma-informed practices.
My classes are inspired by deconstructing religion, deconstructing shame around body size, and learning to trust my own intuition.
