What you'll learn

  • Test your readiness for DP-750 with 500 original questions weighted like the October 19, 2026 Azure Databricks skills outline
  • Choose the right compute, table type, ingestion tool and pipeline design when two options both look correct
  • Secure and govern data with Unity Catalog privileges, row filters, column masks, secret scopes, lineage and Delta Sharing
  • Learn from every mistake: each answer option has its own feedback and each question links to the official Microsoft Learn source
  • Build from core concepts to a full exam-day simulation across five tests with a rising level of difficulty
  • Find your weak domains with the per-domain score report and focus your study time where it counts

Description

Are you ready for DP-750, or do you just feel ready? The fastest way to find out is to answer realistic questions under time pressure and see exactly where you lose points. That is what this course is for.

You get five full practice tests of 100 questions each: 500 original questions written against the DP-750 study guide with skills measured as of October 19, 2026. Every test follows the official domain weighting: set up and configure an Azure Databricks environment, secure and govern Unity Catalog objects, prepare and process data, and deploy and maintain data pipelines and workloads.

DP-750 is not DP-203 with a new number. The retired Azure Data Engineer Associate exam spread across Synapse, Data Factory and Stream Analytics. DP-750 is about Azure Databricks: Unity Catalog, Lakeflow Connect, Lakeflow Spark Declarative Pipelines (formerly Delta Live Tables), Lakeflow Jobs and Declarative Automation Bundles (formerly Databricks Asset Bundles). Practice material built on old product names or the old DP-203 scope prepares you for an exam that no longer exists. The October 2026 outline update, including the bundle rename, is already covered.

The five DP-750 practice tests get harder step by step:

  • Test 1, Groundwork: one concept per question, to check the core vocabulary.

  • Test 2, In Practice: short scenarios that separate features that are easy to confuse.

  • Test 3, Trade-offs: two answers look right; one requirement decides.

  • Test 4, Under the Hood: syntax, settings, privileges and the order of steps.

  • Test 5, Exam Day: long multi-domain scenarios at exam pace.

Every answer option has its own feedback, so you learn why a wrong option is wrong and what it actually does. Every question also has an overall explanation that ends with a link to the official Microsoft Learn source, so you can read further right away.

After each attempt, Udemy shows your score per domain. Use it to decide what to study next. The pass mark is 80% for Tests 1 to 4 and 85% for Test 5, deliberately higher than the real exam, because practicing at home is easier than a proctored exam.

What this course is not: it is not a video course and it does not replace hands-on work in an Azure Databricks workspace. It tests your knowledge and explains the answers. Use it next to the free Microsoft Learn training for DP-750.

Who this course is for:

  • This course is for data engineers who build or are about to build pipelines on Azure Databricks and want to earn the Microsoft Certified: Azure Databricks Data Engineer Associate certification. It also fits BI and analytics engineers moving from SQL-only work into Spark and Lakeflow, cloud and platform engineers who administer Databricks workspaces and Unity Catalog, and students or career changers who have finished the Microsoft Learn path and want to know whether they are ready. If you once prepared for DP-203, the Azure Data Engineer Associate exam that Microsoft retired on March 31, 2025, note that DP-750 is a different exam: it covers Azure Databricks only, with Unity Catalog, Lakeflow Jobs, Lakeflow Spark Declarative Pipelines and Declarative Automation Bundles at its core, and no Synapse, Stream Analytics or Data Factory authoring. Old DP-203 material will not prepare you for it. This course tests and explains; it does not teach Azure Databricks from scratch. Use it to measure your readiness and to close gaps, next to hands-on practice and the official training.
