Description

This is the Ultimate no nonsense straight to the point Scratching for Beginners course which includes access to practice beats and a scratch sentence (digital files) for you to get started.

We'll cover the basic scratches all the way to some fairly advanced scratches, so you should have more than enough knowledge after this course to be able to identify and perform some crazy cuts.

The Scratches covered in this course include:

  • Stabs

  • Transformers

  • One Click Flares

  • Two Click Flares

Each lecture is clear and straight to the point. No long unnecessary over complicated explanations are used, and each lecture ends with patterns for that scratch for you to practice. If you practice these techniques for about an hour a day, you should be able to perform the basics within about 3 months. The more advanced scratches may take a bit longer to dial in, but with perseverance, you will get there.

If you've ever wanted to enter any DJ competitions like the DMC/IDA or 3Style, you will need to have at least the basics of turntablism and scratching down. This course will help you get there
