This course is designed for anyone aiming to improve their employment ambitions by focusing on their skill development. Skill development is like learning to ride a bicycle or even more technical, learning to drive a car. With an experienced person helping you learn from your own experience you are able through practice to master certain skills and so develop those skills to reach desired outcomes. This course identifies the key core skills and provides ways you can identify what is required in terms of development and how to close those gaps.
