Description

This course has been designed for anyone to be begin to understand their own personal values.

Personal Values are what guide us each and every day, in work and in life.

Corporate values are different to personal values.

Corporate values are expectations from the organisation in terms of how they would like you to behave and fit in.

Through my inspirational videos, you will learn:

  • To understand your own personal values and why you do, what you do in the ways that you do it.

  • When your personal values are aligned to the work that you're doing, you will feel engaged, focused, productive, content and happy at work.

  • When your personal values are out of alignment with the work that you're doing, you will feel disengaged, frustrated, stuck, lost and likely to be applying for jobs elsewhere. (Managers and leaders watch out for increased number of dentist appointments!)

Knowing your personal values is a game changer; for you as an individual and also for your organisation.

Your Top 5 values determine where you will be working this year; at your current organisation or someone else. They are that important.

Use your awareness of your Top 5 values when interviewing for promotions and new roles by asking questions which determine whether the next job is aligned to what's important to you from a work perspective.
