Ask your friends and family members about what they perceive to be your strengths.

Contact ten to twenty people you trust, ranging from family members and friends to colleagues and bosses. Ask each to give you three (detailed) stories about the ways you contribute and add value. Then go over the answers you received and look for common themes.
At the end pull those themes together in a portrait of your best self.
This exercise will not only give you greater insights into your strengths but will most likely also improve your relationships.
