This course breaks down the world that is Creative Operations.
First, starting from the beginning of how this function came to be, taking us through Creative Project Manager, covering the role of a Creative Producer then followed by making a case for Creative Operations, including covering roles, responsibilities, and dynamics within the team. This course includes learning about the interactions and roles of key partners that the Creative Operations team, engages with. Including with grounding in an understanding of the creative execution team makeup. From Creative Directors to Graphic Designers. We discuss reporting lines, in-house versus agency creative team set-ups and more.
