Description

This short course is designed to assist beginner Discord users with creating and running their online communities.

Discord is an online communication platform that was released in 2015. It was originally used exclusively for the gaming community, but today it is used all over the world for a wide variety of communities. This is largely due to it’s ease of use, bot support, and wide array of features.

It is one of the most effective (if not the most effective) and versatile platform used by online groups. Discord is my first choice when I’m looking for a platform to organize a group of people.

I’ve been a member since 2017 and I’m still enjoying the platform. It’s also worth mentioning that the developers consistently work on Discord and release frequent updates. With most updates come additional features!

The videos are designed to be short and to the point with minimum fluff or filler content. I made this course because I’ve been a long-time user and I have something to teach new members to the platform looking to get started on their Discord community journey.

Regarding the videos, make sure to pause and rewind the videos if you get lost or fall behind.

I hope you enjoy the course and find it useful, make sure to leave a review and let me know what you think.

Who this course is for:

  • Anyone new to Discord who is looking to create a community.
