Disasters Protection and Awareness Training

Disaster and Protection Awareness Seminar aims to provide participants with comprehensive information about natural disasters, which frequently occur both in our country and globally, and the precautions to be taken against them. Turkey is a country exposed to the risk of various natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods, forest fires, and mass movements. Therefore, being prepared for such disasters is vital for both individual and societal safety.

This training covers in detail the safe behaviors that should be implemented before, during, and after disasters. Understanding the nature, effects, and risks of disasters will instill in participants the awareness of how to minimize loss of life and property by taking proactive measures. Furthermore, making accurate and swift decisions during a disaster significantly increases the chance of survival.

During the training, participants will acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge supported by real-life examples. This will equip them with the ability to act calmly and effectively in the event of a potential disaster. This training will not only raise individual awareness among participants but also strengthen social solidarity.
