It also discusses, at a high level, the main project milestones, cost estimation, and the importance of risk mitigation and change management in these projects. The course discusses, at a high level, some applications of Digital Technology in some sectors, such as energy, health, transportation, education, and others. It also discusses the challenges of Digital Transformation projects, besides benefits. It also sheds the light on resource issues, budgeting, and relation to existing systems and discusses best practices, strategies, and approaches, based on long experience in such technologies and projects.
