Description
Digital Media Fundamentals Volume 1 is an introduction to digital media technology. The information in this course is useful for anyone interested in digital media, whether you work with professional video or you just want to understand the technologies that you use every day.
In Volume 1 we discuss some fundamental concepts like signal flow and the connection between the real world and the digital world. We also discuss computer basics, media storage, communication protocols, digital imaging and sound technologies, and compression codecs.
These videos are designed to be distraction free and compact so that you get the most out of your time. Lessons are straight to the point and there are lots of visual aids that help you quickly understand complex concepts.
