What are funnels and why are they so crucial to your success? They are the first step to consistently get new leads in, so that you can then leverage on these contacts to sell your properties. This is especially important if you are NOT tech savvy. Funnels can be built up easily and you do not need to worry about website setup, hosting or security and you do not need a programmer, designer or copywriter. You can get your first (and subsequent) funnel up in a short time frame by simply leveraging on mine, clone it and adapt it to your needs, which involves copy/paste (of text) and uploading images (pictures of the property you are marketing) - done. While targeting prospects through funnels, FB and Google targeting through ads can be lucrative (as taught in my courses on those subjects), the real 'gold' is in retargeting and remarketing.
Why? Because the prospects you are targeting in re-targeting have interacted and heard of you before, they are not 'cold' any more, but already 'warm' prospects. They are much more likely to give you their contact details at that time. And once you have them, if you are lucky you can make a sale right away. But more often than not, it is only after a number of interactions and a few weeks or months later that they actually buy a property from you. So it is important to have the right follow up strategy. How to do that is what you will learn in this course.

5. Video Marketing
In this course you are learning what you need to know about Video Marketing for Real Estate, i.e. how to plan and shoot your real estate or branding videos so they are effective and appeal to your viewers, whether you are a property agent, agency or developer.
Learn useful and practical tips and tricks, what kind of equipment (camera, sound, lighting etc) you need (and don't!), whom video marketing is suitable for and what are the different types of videos you can produce along the Marketing and Sales cycle (AIDA, Attention, Interest, Desire and Action) like branding, market updates, webinars, listing or recruiting videos.
