Activate the layer to be cut, activate the marquee tool (M) Right-click the mouse, then do the layer from the copy. Pay attention to the new layer being formed!

Here's a Simple Way to Make Cool Business Cards in Photoshop

Before proceeding you should first download the materials to make this business card so that in practice later you will not find difficulties.

Create a new canvas from File> New and give it a width of 9 cm and a height of 5.5 cm. For resolution, it is better to give a resolution for the printed version, which is 300 pixels.

To give color to objects that have been created using the Pen Tool and Rectangle Tool the way is from Layers. When you create an object, it will automatically form a new layer named Shape. Now from there, you can change the color of the background by double-clicking on the Shape you want to change its color. To move the position of the object (shape) so that in front and behind you can also change the position of the Shape by dragging up or down.

After double-clicking on the Shape found in the Layers the Layer Style dialog box will appear. Change the background color, please check Color Overlay, then click the color that appears to the right.

Type the color code you want in the column provided without the hash sign (#), because this has already been automatically created.

Giving the gradient color to the Shape object that we created earlier, the method is the same, from Layers double-click Shape. After the Layer Style dialog box appears, you check the Gradient Overlay. Change the gradient color, please click the gradient color that appears to the right of it.

For granting gradient colors there are two colors that we must specify. Please double-click each color you want to change and provide a color code in the column provided.

The logo that I paste is the Interesting blog logo. Then I also added the arrow image using the Custom Shape Tool (U) and the arrow I selected was Arrow 2. Then color the arrow with color. Giving color is still the same as giving the color of the object created with the Pen Tool and Rectangle Tool.

So that the business cards we make more cool and attractive, I will insert a home picture for the address and contact picture. I have inserted these images in the download file above. If you have other images, please use only the image that must be PNG format or without background. Changing the colors in these images is still the same as giving the color above (Layer Style).

Ok, finally, creating a business card template in Photoshop is complete. Now is the turn to make the data. To create data we must activate the Horizontal Type Tool (T). Please type your business card data as needed, starting from full identity, address, contact, and so on. Here I use two types of fonts, namely Copperplate Gothic Bold and Arial Narrow. For the font, I have also attached it to the download file. Please just copy to the Fonts folder in your computer's Windows folder.

Simple Animated text

Open Photoshop, create a new document with Ctrl + N. Size of the canvas is up, you can use a size of 500x500 pixels.

Make a circle using the Ellipse Tool in the side menu bar or round icon. Change the color in the Foreground color with code. Make a circle like the one below.

Create a Green Circle

Give a black line around the circle by double-clicking on the green circle layer. and adjust it according to the settings below.

Border arrangement

So the green circle with a black border has been created. Create a new layer and move the layer below the green circle layer. After that, we make half the body using the Pen Tool or can click P on the keyboard. Make it like the picture below. To fill in the path that has been connected simply by right-clicking and selecting Fill Path.

Delete the path that still exists in the image by right-clicking and selecting Delete Path.

Outline the body draw as in the circle made earlier. Then the results obtained are more or less like below.

Well, now we make the eye exactly by making the head earlier with the Ellipse Tool and give the outline and the black dot in the middle. After that, double the eyes that were made earlier by pressing Ctrl + J on the keyboard.

We only need the perfect layer, for that, we have to delete the layers that are not needed. Delete all layers except those in the red box by clicking on the trash can icon below.

Erase unnecessary layers

Now there are only two layers left, we can rotate it by clicking on the blue color and can adjust the time per layer in the red color. This time I used the 1-sec monastery which has a long effect.

Animation Settings

This is important. The way to save it is by clicking File, select Save for Web & Devices ... or press Alt + Shift + Ctrl + S on the keyboard.

A dialog box appears, then click Ok. The last dialog box appears that gives the command where to save the file and file name. Click OK

How to duplicate an image in Photoshop
