I used to work for IT companies as Sales Manager, Business Development Executive and Managing Director.
At AMgrade I have worked as Sales Manager, and then - Business Dev Executive where my main responsibility were creating and implementing a Sales & Marketing Strategy, signing contracts and satisfying important customers and create&manage sales team.
While being a Managing Director at IT outsourcing company I've started at the team of 4 people in non-profitable company. Then we created a business model, I gathered and combined a team of 20+ talented people (around 5 were out-staffed, other - in-house) within 2 years. We implemented our vision, created great relationships with customers from US to Singapore. This company is still alive - it's called Bineks.
After spending around 8 years at working for somebody, I have decided to leave to create and run my own businesses.
And now, I'm excited with creating and running my own Digital Agency, Majesty Goods, that builds E-Commerce products. We're fully online, and I want to share the light to everyone who is interested in creating own Digital Business, and be open to talk about mistakes and achievements.
