Welcome back to second part of your trade test preparation, as we continue with other expected Tasks.

For Diesel mechanics note that you will assessed on any 4 of the Tasks. therefore it is important to master all of the task presented on this Course.

Follow below easy steps (South Africa)

1. Prepare documents:

   • service letter stating that you have attained more than 3years work experience

   • certified copy of Id

   • Any relevant academic/ tertiary qualifications

2. Apply for ARPL assessment at an accredited Trade test center

   if  found Competent : procced with Trade test preparation

   if Not yet competent : Gap training will be recommended

3.   Trade test and certification

Have you completed a 3yr Learner-ship or Apprenticeship?

Are you awaiting trade test serial number?

Do you have a trade test date?

If you answered yes to any of the above, this course is designed just for you. Tasks are are broken down and simplified through detailed "demonstration" videos.

Understand the critical points as required during trade test:

• work within allocated time frames

• Preform all necessary pre-checks

• Request relevant specifications

• Compile a detailed condition report

• Adjust components to given specifications

• Do post assemble inspections

• Build your confidence

N/B simplified tutorial videos with sub tittles and narration allows learners to be part of practical task and better info retention

*loose engine components

* Running engine

*Steering Box

* Alternator

*Starter
