Instructor
Jennie Lee is a certified yoga therapist and spiritual coach who has spent two decades counseling people in the healing tradition of classical yoga meditation. She is also the author of three books - Spark Change: 108 Provocative Questions for Spiritual Evolution; Breathing Love: Meditation in Action, and the award-winning True Yoga: Practicing with the Yoga Sutras for Happiness & Spiritual Fulfillment. Using the practices she writes about, Jennie coaches clients worldwide, from celebrities to CEOs, moms to military officers and more. Her focus is on helping people overcome stress, anxiety, grief, and depression so they can create lives filled with greater joy, using the practices of yoga meditation.
