In this Lesson, we will dive into understanding Asana, the physical postures practiced in yoga. Asana holds a significant place within the yogic tradition and is often the most thought of and recognized aspect of yoga. We will be reminded that practicing yoga asana is also about self-love, self-acceptance, and the union of various aspects of ourselves.
Welcome to Lesson 4, in this lesson we will discover the power of Mantra and Chanting. This form of Bhakti yoga is not as well known in many areas of the world, but has been practiced for centuries in Eastern cultures and is now spreading throughout the globe for very good reason- It works like magic in healing the body, mind, heart & soul!
In today’s lesson, we will learn about silent meditation and the blessings it offers to body, mind & soul. By incorporating silent meditation into our Daily Dose of Peace sadhana, we create a space for profound transformation and a deeper connection with ourselves and the world. Although many of us hesitate to be alone with ourselves, learning to do so is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves.
Today, we will discover that combining breathwork, movement, and mantra chanting into a single sadhana creates a comprehensive approach to holistic well-being. In this Lesson, we will explore the benefits of each practice and how together they support personal growth and spiritual awakening.
