We're going to apply a simple framework to working out the purpose, workflow, views, reports and then fields that we need for the App to achieve the result we need.

At the end of the tutorial we are going to assemble our Apps and prepare them for the next tutorial - workflow automation.

Part 3 of the 5 part series, Designing Podio for Success.

In this tutorial we will explore what options we have for creating workflows in Podio, then we'll continue to setup our example system.

In this tutorial we are going to reflect on what makes a great 'User Experience' in Podio - what helps Podio to stay easy to use and simple for new team members to pick-up while still being designed for workflows and reporting. 

Then we'll cover 3 super-easy hacks you can make to your existing Apps that will make them easier to navigate and find the information we need.

At the end of the tutorial we are going to finish the setup of our original design with views and reports and demonstrate how powerful and important these features are to a successful Podio implementation.

In this tutorial we are going to take a look into one of the most important contributors to a successful Podio implementation - managing CHANGE in your team. 

Many of the tips in this tutorial don't just apply to Podio - they can be applied to any system implementation in your business.
