This lecture is an introduction to the course and I also show you the final design which we are going to creating from scratch using Figma.
In this lecture, we will download Figma and take a look at the interface of a Figma file.
In this lecture, we will set up the project. We will choose the fonts, colors and even add the frames for desktop and mobile versions of our design.
In this lecture, we will add all the menu items and position them correctly in the frame.
In this lecture, we will create the logo of our website using the tools in Figma and we will place it in the navigation menu of our design.
In this lecture, we will add the text elements, i.e., the Heading, Subheading, and the Button to our design.
In this lecture, we will add the images and the icons for our design, we will also learn how to use a plugin in Figma to search for icons quick and easy.
In this lecture, we will start making our design responsive, so we will start creating a mobile version for our design. We basically copy most of the elements from the main design and tweak them a little bit to make it work better in a mobile device.
In this lecture, we will use a feature in Figma called Prototype using which you can create interactions for your design elements. We will specifically create an interaction between the menu icon and the actual mobile navigation menu so that when you click on the menu icon, the mobile navigation menu should open.
This is the conclusion video of the course. I also shortly talk about how to improve in web designing.
