I work with a group of people known as 'The Working Journey'. We teach leaders how to design business structures and work systems that deliver goals. We believe that this cannot be done without hiring and developing the right people for the work of your business and providing them with meaningful work and engaging leadership.
I advise and coach leaders to design effective business structures and/or analyse their existing structure to maximise effectiveness and increase engagement.
I also help executives and senior leaders identify, map and develop their talented individuals. Those people you can't afford to lose.
My work in organisational change and change leadership allows me to collaboratively implement change that improves performance while building trust. Every organisation must adapt to deliver in an ever changing environment, I work with organisations and leaders who want to get it right, for their employees and shareholders.
I use models of complexity science as a foundation to design effective working environments that engage people and sees them 'in flow' with their work. Ultimately, I enjoy improving the way people deliver and experience work. Making life easier for organisations, and ensuring engaged teams and individuals that deliver outcomes.
I enjoy discovering how organisations work, teams interact and people are able or unable to complete their required tasks. Each discovery then used as a catalyst to improve the system or structure of work that will enhance an organisations ability to deliver its plans.
