Join me for a delicious Thai class, learning to make mouthwatering dishes all from scratch, in the comfort of your own kitchen, and at your own pace.
We will make simple, delicious recipes that don’t need any special equipment.
Enjoy an intimate experience at your own home, as we meet new ingredients and flavors, learn helpful kitchen tips, and prepare yummy recipes from scratch, in a wonderful hands-on experience!
This class includes 9 dishes - appetizers, mains, condiments, sides, a drink and dessert too - each dish has its own step by step video, written recipe, ingredient and equipment list!
I spent a couple of months in Thailand, and each meal I had, whether it was a hole in the wall restaurant, a food stall in the market, or a fancy restaurant - it was always so fresh and absolutely delicious!
There is something really special about Thai food, and I don’t think I know anyone who doesn’t like it!
Thai food is very vegan friendly and in this class we are going to make some of my favorite dishes that are inspired by my travels in Thailand!

Equipment required: blender (needed for 2 recipes: Green Curry Paste and Mango Coconut Lime Sorbet)

Roni is the author of a vegan cookbook - "Roni's Kitchen - Recipes from my food journeys around the world", and is currently working on her second cookbook - "Food Therapy" - that will be published in November 2024.
