Leadership is everywhere and in everything. Its expressions and definitions are vast and although we are in contact with it every day, it can be difficult to articulate and construct in a manner that guides us. This course draws out the understanding of leadership that resides deep within you and helps you to define it in a manner that gives shape to its purpose and practice in your life.

In this course, you'll get an assessment, activities, stories and illustrations, and a next steps guide. You also get handouts, a facilitation guide for leading a group through this course, and videos to make the course as easy as possible for your team to walk through. It's everything you need for you or a team to get going and get growing. Let us do the work of providing the content. You do the work of becoming the leaders your team needs you to be.
