Dapo Basic Course - The foundation of becoming a pro Dapoist

After teaching hundreds of students across the world, I was manage to compile everything you need to know in order to start your journey on becoming a pro Dapo Artist.

This course gives you a step by step understanding of how to spin a Dapo, by the end of the course you will be able to flow your Dapo along 3 different planes; 90, 60 & 180 degrees with each hand, hence achieving a great body balance and mind- body coordination.

and it includes warm ups exercises, Detailed Lessons. tips and games.

While practising, do not forget to tune in to some upbeat music that you like, It will give you a better flow.

* Each part has a warm-up lesson which is essential in order to free your muscles and remove blockages in the body.

* Do carry your dapo to events and gathering you attend, and display your skills. This will lift your confidence and make you a better performer.
