Description
人人都会讲,拿住丹田练内功。然而怎么练呢?社会上的丹田功就千奇百怪了。实感内功在继承传统功法的基础上,将丹田内功融入中医法理之中,指出丹田内功就是为了积精累气。中医讲人衰老的根本就是两条:气血不足和气滞血瘀。鼓丹田桩功就是针对气血不足的,它的功效就是积精累气。人有三宝精气神,这个精和气是物质的,所以丹田内功的目的,就是充实我们生命的物质能量。这也是老拳经讲拿住丹田练内功的道理所在。
Everyone can say, the Dantian internal skill is the most important. But how to training? There are all kinds of Dantian exerseces in society. On the basis of inheriting the traditional skills, Renhe Tai Chi internal skill integrates Dantian internal skill into the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and points out that Dantian internal skill is to accumulate Jing and Qi. TCM says that the root of human aging is two: lack of Qi and blood and qi stagnation and blood stasis. Gu Dantian stance is aimed at insufficient Qi and blood. Its effect is to accumulate Jing and Qi. People have three treasures: Jing, Qi and Shen. Jing and Qi are material, so the purpose of Dantian internal skill is to enrich the material energy of our lives.
怎样才能积精累气呢?就是要健运脾土,促进吸收营养精微,化生元精元气。鼓丹田桩法的七个心法各有侧重:鼓气海,健脾气;贴命门,壮肾阳;提会阴,兹肾阴;肾纳气,固气根;金刚球,强腹压,方法简单,共奏奇功。
How can we accumulate Jing and Qi? It is to strengthen the spleen system of TCM, promote the absorption of nutrient essence and turn into vitality. There are seven mind-leading methods of Gu Dantian stance and each have their own emphases: Gu Qihai for healthy temper; Stick Mingmen for to strengthen the kidney yang; Lifting perineum for nourishng kidney yin; Shen Na Qi for the root of breathing; Vajra ball to strong abdominal pressure.
鼓丹田总的目的就是壮中气,这也是我们习惯说的丹田内气在中医的对应。通过鼓丹田桩法的训练,不但能实现积精累气,延缓衰老,还会通过掌握中医知识和实感内练方法,来校正那些对丹田内功玄虚夸大的认识。比如讲全身处处是丹田,比如讲所有拳式动作都是以丹田为中心等等。从实感内功的角度来看,这些认识都是干扰。
The general purpose of Gu Dantian is to strengthen the life energy (internal Qi). Through the training of Gu Dantian stance, we can not only accumulate Jing and Qi, and delay aging, but also correct those who exaggerate the mystery of Dantian internal skill.

Mr. Zhang Jiping,Tai Chi Master from Chinese mainland, is a disciple of Mr. Feng Zhiqiang (1928-2012), and a descendant of Chen Style Tai Chi for 11 generations, the Secretary General of the International Hunyuan Tai Chi Federation, the vice president of Jilin Martial Arts Research Institute, the wrestling instructor of Jilin Judicial Police Corps, with the 7-Dan of Chinese martial arts.
