Based on the book Dangerous Virtues by award winning author John Koessler and published by Moody Publishers, this course will how to recognize the seven deadly sins as they are subtly disguised in culture. Dr. Koessler develops a theology of sin and offers practical help for overcoming it. This course would be a good resource for small groups. Each section includes a group leader's guide with questions for discussion. Dr. Koessler served as chair of the pastoral studies department at Moody Bible Institute, where he served on the faculty for twenty five-years. He is the author of fifteen books and numerous articles. Prior to joining the Moody faculty, John served as pastor of Valley Chapel in Green Valley, IL for nine years.
