I create this original course for you that mix dance and therapy.
You don't need any dance skills at all.
This course is not about dancing coolly, it's all about release your mind and body through movements.
I blend various elements for this course on purpose, such as massage, yoga, meditation, stretching, acting, dancing...
It draws out the senses of the body, imagination, expressiveness and creative sensibility that are almost forgotten.

About your instructor Kana
I have been working professionally as a dancer/singer/teacher/therapist around the world.
Even though I have good carrier, I didn't like myself before.
I was shy, timid, insecure, and had low self-esteem. There was a time when I closed my mind from the world and try not to feel myself. However, by expressing such sadness and pain through dance and art, I was able to accept and free my honest heart, and learn to love myself no matter what.
In today's dark world, I hope that I can help people who has closed mind like I used to be, to become happy.
