A need is a mental phenomenon which reflects the needs of a body or a personality in the necessary conditions which supports their life and development.
Most of the minimal basic needs are the same, they help a person to be in an even (zero) state.
Zero even state - is a state in which you feel normal, your health is fine. You feel yourself as a complete person. If your minimal basic needs are met that means you are in an even state.
Creative or spiritual or personal needs are needs of a higher level which you need for self-realization, growth and development, your purpose and etc.
The practice:
Make a list of your minimal basic needs which help you to get the point of an even (zero) state.
A hint: thirst, sleep, starvation, rest, physical activity, reproduction, clothing, housing, transportation, social connections, communication, attachment, caring for another person, attention to yourself, participation in joint activities, self-respect, respect from others, recognition of society, achievement of success and appreciation, career growth, safety in existence, comfort, job security, accident insurance, confidence in the future, and so on.
Attention, do not write general phrases “a sleep” for example. Write down how many hours of sleep you need. Or the need for fitness. Write down how many times and hours you need to do fitness in order to get into an even state.
Are your minimal basic needs being met?
Next:
Write a list of your spiritual, personal needs which help you go into a working, creative state.
Are your personal needs being met?
Note that a person cannot have higher level needs if there is a lack of simpler minimal basic needs. For example, a person who has nothing to eat does not need recognition and approval.
Note after practice:
You can't finish getting enough of sleep. Lack of sleep cannot be compensated for food, as well as food for sleep. As well as with the rest of other needs. One cannot replace the other.
Sleep and activity are equally important. Nothing can be eternally active or eternally passive. Pay attention to both, if you have it in your needs.
Self-love cannot be compensated for recognition by others. It’s an illusion if you think that someone else's recognition will engender self-love within you.
The Key Balance of Life.
Are you familiar with the phrase “where attention is, there is energy”? This is the basic rule of our world.
We give our life energy where our attention is directed, which in turn, forms the reality around us. You feed with your vital energy those about whom you think, to whom you direct your attention. If you have separated from someone but continue thinking about them, then what will happen to your life? You give all your energy to someone who has gone but will you be interesting and attractive to others now?
What will happen in your life if you constantly give your energy to TV or to job?
The practice of Balance of Life allows you to build a harmony of attention and energy.
Divide 100% of the waking time into 4 parts. Time and attention to:
I Myself
Family (children, parents, relatives)
Relationships (a partner)
Creativity, work
It doesn't matter in which order.
It is important that you will do each of your actions for one of the parts consciously and totally (at first, in order to understand and feel the process).
For some, it will be difficult to allow themselves to direct the energy of attention to / for themselves. Many are used to live according to the principle of sacrifice for family, children, work, and so on. Become a glowing, joyful and attractive person.
This secret is very well known to all women.
Since ancient times, beauties have spent a lot of time
in the practice of paying attention to themselves. Every morning a woman admired the sky and flowers and every day her image was different. The energy of her attention filled her, making her attractive to a man not only externally, but also internally.
For some, it will become difficult to make time for family or relationships. After all, you can say that you don’t have a partner.
But maybe you don't have a partner just for the reason that you don't direct your attention there? Or are you afraid? Or has been disappointed?
And the most important - do not forget to be “here and now”. Remember, when you think about something, what time are you in? The present? The future? The past?
To be honest, you will notice that you are rarely in the present moment and therefore, the energy is directed to the past or the future but not to the present.
About chakras and how does it work?
Our Universe is an endless source of strength and energy.
From ancient Sanskrit "chakra" is translated as “a wheel". 7 main chakras are responsible for our life. They are located along the spinal column. Each of the chakras has its own functions. Some are responsible for physical health. Others are responsible for mental development. Third group is responsible for the state of mind of a person.
All 7 chakras are located in the etheric subtle body. A kind of stem emerges from the center of each chakra, which connects them to the spine.
Chakra "lives" its own life. It constantly rotates and vibrates. It helps her attract the universal energy and transfer it through channels to the human body.
Each chakra rotates either to the right or to the left.
Turning to the right gives masculine Yang energy. It is willpower, focus on actions, sometimes aggression and lust for power. Turning to the left, accordingly, attracts feminine energy. It endows a person with such traits as obedience, making decisions of fate, weakness in front of external circumstances.
All chakras are responsible for receiving energy. It comes from everywhere: from the Universe, the surrounding nature, people around and even objects. Then the energy is transmitted through the channels to the subtle energy bodies and then disperses throughout the whole body.
Briefly about the meaning of the chakras:
Root chakra is Muladhara - it is root, support, foundation, connection with matter.
Active: self-reliance, confidence, reliability in business, good financial situation, manifestation of requests in the material world, connection with the earth and the body.
Blocked: lack of self-confidence, not knowing who I am and where I am going, financial instability, lack of strength for everyday affairs, rejection of earthly goods.
The second chakra is Svadhisthana - the element of water, it is the key to understanding the second energy center and the main factor which determines the main qualities of the Svadhisthana chakra.
Chakra of communication, alliances.
During this period of life a person learns to make friends, communicate and interact with others, as if flowing around all conflicts and habituate himself to take into account not only his own interests but also other’s.
Ideally, this period of development falls on adolescence and if you observe children and adolescents in the age from 8 to 14 years old, then the overcoming of disunity is clearly traced and as the opposite of this - the desire to get together in a company, make friends, go to each other’s places and communicate a lot. This is quite reasonable because Svadhisthana is in charge of communication.
Active: provides sociability, communication, union. A person wants to find his own soul mate, to start a family, to have children, to create a business, in general, to build and to create.
Blocked or weak: A person often experiences inner dissatisfaction, constraint, nervousness, anxiety. These conflicting emotions force a person to suffer, making him vulnerable and giving birth to the seeds of low self-esteem. Staying in such emotions teenagers easily fall into the world of dreams, trying to abstract from reality, they dream a lot,
watch movies, constantly listen to music.
At the same time cinema and music will have a very specific orientation peculiar to Svadhisthana - it is romance, sagas, fabulousness, melodramas. The worst case scenario is that a person ceases to control his sexual energy, falling headlong into the ocean of passion. Passion itself becomes a motivation and a priority, and constant endlessly pouring stream of desire is a familiar and "normal" state.
The third Manipura chakra is responsible for optimism, willpower, self "I", the importance of yourself in the world, focus, the ability to show perseverance, achieve goals, be resistant to external influences. The functioning of this chakra determines the recognition of true self desires and goals, the social status and success of a person, his career, financial achievements, influence and power.
In case a person has a low level of spiritual development the third chakra is weak unfortunately. Such people easily succumb to the herding instinct, they don’t have their own opinion and for some, even a desire for destruction and violence appears (that means they are dominated by animal instincts).
Normal condition of the Manipura chakra:
Functioning harmoniously and consistently, the third chakra gives a person optimism, feeling of self-esteem, confidence in his strengths and capabilities. Such people are stubborn and impetuous, they believe in achievement and the ultimate goal towards which they are moving. Mostly, people with harmoniously developed third chakra are successful, prosperous in all spheres of life, smiling and charismatic.
Abnormal condition of the Manipura chakra: if there are disfunctions in the area of the third chakra then it is reflected on person’s life this way:
• financial difficulties appear, in some ways shyness and indecision;
· conflicts at work begin;
a person becomes overly demanding of others, aggressive, insecure and angry, strives to be the first, humiliates and suppresses others;
there is a desire to criticize and discuss;
people are dominated by pickiness, anxiety and unhealthy workaholism.
The fourth Anahata chakra is connected to compassion, sensuality, sympathy, empathy, joy, delight and harmony. The fourth chakra is the center of the connection between the human’s soul and his ego.
The Anahata chakra helps people to feel the unity of themselves with the world around them.
Normal condition of the Anahata chakra:
If a person's heart chakra is open such people feel love not only for themselves but also for others and for God, their life is filled with light and kindness, the relationships of such people with society develop well, these people are caring, kind, disinterested, they know how to listen,
forgive and act jointly. People with balanced heart chakra are joyful, happy and loved.
Abnormal condition of the Anahata chakra:
if there are disfunctions in the area of the fourth chakra, nothing and no one makes this person happy, life is meaningless and uninteresting for such people. People with closed heart chakra don't know how to love and give, they don't feel love and attention of others, the person becomes callous and indifferent.
Disbalance in the area of the fourth chakra indicates itself even when a person doesn’t love himself, tries to please everyone, does something for another above measure but harmfully for himself, using himself as a victim. Plus, such people, most often, are capricious, overly sentimental, they are dependent on the feelings and love of others, they feel guilty for the suffering of others.
The fifth chakra is Vishuddha - it is creativity and self-expression. The energy that flows through the fifth chakra allows people to express themselves, their thoughts, feelings and abilities, convince and be authoritative in the eyes of other people. In other words, the Vishuddha chakra enables people to realize themselves as a person, to be a leader and organizer.
Normal condition of the Vishuddha chakra:
if the fifth chakra is open and functions harmoniously in a person, he is successful in society without doubt, he knows how to express himself and his true needs, in addition, can not only influence through speech others but also to convey his goals, ideas, beliefs. Open fifth chakra allows a person to fulfill his potential, be happy and fulfill his mission.
Abnormal condition of the Vishuddha chakra:
the blocked chakra creates difficulties in communication, deprives people of confidence, opportunities to express your concerns, thoughts and desires clearly. Moreover, people with a closed throat chakra may seem assertive and arrogant, they have such qualities as: deceit, dogmatism, unreliability. The reason is simple - such people are not sincere with themselves so their goals are also not real desires of their soul and heart. People with disharmony in the fifth chakra have problems with self-realization and self-expression, it seems to them that they are not free in their choice. On a physical level people with blocked throat chakra are prone to throat and thyroid problems. They are more likely to suffer from tonsillitis than others and also, have an excessive addiction to food, have an increased appetite.
The sixth Ajna chakra is associated with such aspects as memory; intuition; inner feelings; consciousness; wisdom; inspiration; understanding; creative thinking; clarity; vision and clairvoyance.
Normal condition of the Ajna chakra:
well-coordinated work of the sixth chakra develops intuition, subtle sensations, wisdom and mental stability. The unblocked chakra allows people to feel fulfilled, not worry about the future and not grieve about the past.
Abnormal condition of the Ajna chakra
In the case when the sixth chakra works weakly or it is blocked people stop seeing the meaning of life, lose their goals, they have fears, anxieties and doubts, they are full of illusions and confusion in their
head. Very often closed sixth chakra endows a person with pride, superiority over other people, feelings of inadequacy, excessive diffidence and shyness. On a physical level people with closed Ajna chakra suffer from headaches and insomnia, become addicted to alcohol, avoid reality, fantasize a lot.
The seventh Sahasrara chakra - a person follows the path of his life purpose, follows his fate.
The Brahma chakra is associated with work of the brain. This chakra is tuned to receive and emit subtle vibrations which can bring you closer to God. The better the Sahasrara chakra works, the higher the level of spiritual development of a person.
Normal condition of the Sahasrara chakra
If the Brahma chakra is well, then such people feel as one with the Universe, feel the uniqueness of their creation and the importance of themselves in the world. A person with an open seventh chakra knows that the Universe takes care of him and helps him. Such person never feels lonely, abandoned or doomed and moreover, unhappy.
Abnormal condition of the Sahasrara chakra:
If there are clamps and blockages at the level of the seventh chakra, then the person loses connection with the Almighty. Such people feel depressed, lonely, lost. Often, they isolate themselves from the society. People with blocked Sahasrara chakra lose their zest for life and are afraid of death.
How to recognize which chakra has problems?
The human body is so arranged that it cannot perceive the frequencies of the channels directly.
That’s why they are transformed into sensations, thoughts, emotions and only after they are transmitted to a physical body and subtle bodies as well. That’s why develop Sensitivity in your body, trust yourself and your thoughts.
This is also what we will do on the course!
By comparing the events in your life, requests, goals, results with the description of the chakras, you can trace which chakra has the problem. Build harmony in that channel, and by this tune up your life.
Chronic diseases, pain, problems with hormones can also indicate problems in your energy channels. The endocrine system is responsible for the processes taking place in our body. That is why each chakra is inextricably linked with one of the endocrine glands.
Why do we heal physically and spiritually through dancing?
For the harmonious alignment of all channels, we use our huge source of energy - the physical body.
We start the work of the whole body, including muscles, organs, endocrine and nervous systems, by doing this we start and improve the work of the Soul and our energy resource - sensitive and harmonious Chakras!
Ritual of self-acceptance
Do this at least 5 days in a row, if you wish you can do more, or first 5 days and then sometimes on demand.
Dress nicely (if you want you can buy a nice thing for yourself in advance: a comfortable T-shirt, socks, pajamas or even something fancy, any kind of mood will be in) to feel comfortable and to like yourself.
Take the mirror. Select incense in the store in advance(preferably floral one), so that you really like this smell. Light the candles, use the incense. Be sure to provide yourself with a calm environment apart from your household (relatives do not interfere, phones are disconnected, etc.).
You can turn on meditative music (I recommend Tibetan bowls).
Light the incense, look at your reflection and say ALOUD “I light this incense. To the glory of myself as a woman, because I am unique, exceptional and feminine. May it be so! I accept my body, appearance, face, hair, shoulders, chest, arms, stomach, hips, legs, I accept myself completely. May it be so!" Say this text 3 times. Only for 7 days. More, if desired.
Important! Speak all the words OUT LOUD in meditation, even if there is strong resistance inside.
Love you ❤
Tutting of the hands - opening of the thoracic region, love for yourself and others.
1.0 Tutting King tut of hand
The tutting or king tut dance style is one of the branches of the street dance styles. Its distinguishing feature is the fact that it is danced mainly with hands.
The hands form right angles towards the forearm. The fingers and palms are flat. Tutting dance is built with figures and hand movements.
It is still unknown for certain who invented this dance and made a whole art out of the geometrically correct figures.
The full name of this dance style is King Tutankhamen. The similarity of this dance style with some elements of Egyptian culture can be explained by the fact that numerous movements of the style were copied in many ways from Egyptian frescoes.
What does it give?
Strengthening, development, elasticity of local muscle groups, mobility and amplitude of joints.
Improving blood circulation.
Building connections of the neuromuscular apparatus, coordinated functioning of the nervous, muscular, bone and visual systems.
Improving the work of fine motor skills. The development of fine motor skills is of great importance for maintaining the performance of the cerebral cortex and as a result, for maintaining the quality of life. In addition, the activities for the development of fine motor skills help to improve mental health and, in general, the restoration of the activity of the central nervous system.
Increasing attention to small details.
The fingers are the channels through which an enormous amount of energy flows. Practicing training of hands and fingers you will always stay in the resource and unleash your creativity.
Vogue Waaking
Hey, fashionista, welcome on stage!
Vogue style is the highest level of showing off and acting.
This dance originated more than fifty years ago, now this amazing style which includes hip-hop, acrobatics and model posing has gained sensational popularity.
Waaking style is dominated by hand movements (the name itself means "waving hands”).
Key features: fast hand movement technique, pretentious mannered walking, falls, spins, abundant posing, emotional play.
The play of dance is based on the grace of forms and lines, this is “sheer pathos.”
The Vogue style is characterized by model posing, it imitates the catwalk walking.
Now try this:
Get ready for the performance: a bright and original outfit as it’s the autograph of the dancer.
Live the dance as a performance, the whole audience is looking at you!
You know your worth and that Vogue is a great opportunity to express your own emotions.
Tell yourself: “I am the most important value in my life. I am worthy, I am complete, I accept myself the way I am here and now! This hall accepts me for who I am! I am!
The key Who am I
Today I suggest to do an Art - practice on the topic "Who am I"?
Test for those who are:
Finding own place in this world. Who wants to live in healthy relationships with themselves and with people around.
Who wants to understand the structure of the personality, fears, beliefs, boundaries of the body and power.
So, the task of the practice:
✏ Draw 6 circles as it is shown in the carousel.
✏ Inside the circles, place everyone and everything that is close to you. You need to imagine your life and based on this, write in the circles one point at a time. In the 1st circle the most important thing, in the 7th the least important thing for you. Spend about 10 minutes on your notes.
Next, put into perspective the drawing for 2-3 minutes.
Evaluate:
is there your "I" in the picture and where is it located, how does it feel itself there and where does it want to be ideally?
Who or what is bothering or helping your peace? What is not enough or even missing?
Or maybe the center of the circle is empty?
1st circle, central: empty (there is a space and resource in the body for its growth and development).
2nd circle - everything that in your opinion is a subject to you, on which you can influence, change, control in your opinion. You can be in this circle. If there is someone here but not you, then it means that there is too much of you in the life of this person and too much of him in your life.
It can harm you, your health, development (both physical and
intellectual).
2-3rd circle: There can be only your spouse or lover / beloved one. Those are the closest and most intimate relationships, emotionally, physically and spiritually. In case you don’t have any relationships, this circle may remain empty.
2-3rd circle: there may be also your children under 18 years old, who live with you. You can be open with them, you don’t need to pretend being someone else. You shouldn't fill this circle with children who have already become adults, not to interfere with them, while they are building their lives.
4th circle: there may be children, who have already become independent, they are parents by themselves. Those are people with whom you can share your thoughts and feelings, with whom you feel
yourself in a complete peace and safety.
5th, 6th, 7th circles: in these circles can be relatives, friends, work, hobbies, pets and many other components which fill your life.
Strip plastic
Strip plastic represents a style based on the synthesis of erotic dance with aerobics and modern choreography.
Deeply hidden thoughts and feelings can be expressed in symbolic form due to the expression of the dance language. In strip plastic each dance is a mini-performance that carries emotions to the viewer, which requires artistry, play of facial expressions, eyes.
Such dance provides rich opportunities for improvisation and transformation in characters, revealing of sensuality.
The eroticism of such strip is not associated with small-mindedness and vulgarity. The philosophy of the dance is built on the seduction of the viewer without nudity, but with the help of liberated passionate femininity.
Feel:
* Practices foster self-love and love for your body.
Unleash femininity, sensuality and sexuality in a dancer.
Standing on a par with a man, a woman of our time increasingly forgets to be a woman.Strip helps to find a balance of Masculine and Feminine INSIDE you.
Refresh instincts, cut the bonds of constraint, express! feelings and emotions.
What you will get in addition to all this:
During the classes plasticity, musicality, rhythm, stretching are developed, all the inherent features of a true woman and sexuality are revealed.
Strip plastic exercises help to lose weight, work on slender figure, correct body posture and provide stretching.
Hip-hop
Dance style which implies not just a set of movements to music but a whole way of life. Very young but full of difficult stories - this is hip-hop style.
1974 is considered to be the official date of appearance of hip-hop as a culture.
Signature features:
the performer moves very dynamically and at the same time relaxed.
total philosophy of freedom.
the style of dance allows the dancer to express his inner feelings and emotions through hip-hop, letting the music pass through, giving it a way out in the process of dancing and, of course, liberate himself thanks to the movements, which the body prompts itself.
spirit of struggle and competition.
the style gives self-confidence, feeling of your own coolness, it is a medicine for hang-ups and insecurity.
youth movement, connection between generations.
But, in addition to the body plasticity typical for all styles, hip-hop develops other human qualities, such as:
Creative potential. The key factor for the dancers of this style is the ability to listen to music and completely surrender to its rhythm.
Improvisation. Unlike the other types, in hip-hop there are no special, memorized movements that in general make up the composition. That’s why every dancer who respects street style, knows how to create the movements, which are harmoniously combined with music on the go.
Strengthening muscles, increasing body endurance and improving coordination movement.
It’s quite simple, everyone who has discovered this style of dance is forced to constantly improve, sharpen new movements, bringing them to the ideal state and by doing that, constantly working on your body.
- Hip-hop for girls is a great way to lose weight.
The reason is that well-sharpened movements are capable of burning up to 400 kcal in one hour. In addition, it stands to mention the fact that hip-hop can be classified as a cardio-dance, which means that through doing it you can significantly improve your cardiovascular system, rid the body of toxins and cleanse blood vessels of cholesterol.
Try this through the track:
to feel spirit of freedom
hear your inner child and teenager.
Life is a dance - a competition with yourself and the best version of yourself.
Express your inner feelings and your emotions, pass the music through yourself, giving it a way out in the process of dancing.
Try to create the movements on the go.
