    Welcome to the course! We are inspired to have you with us! In this video we explain the structure of the course and the logic behind it. We want you to start dancing from day 1! We will be gradually building your habit as well as the skill to dance. We suggest that you cover one lesson a day. You may as well take lessons at a slower pace (2 lessons a week for example), however we encourage you to keep the practices from the previous lessons going. Body transformation takes time - don't aim to do too much at once. Go slow but steady - it is a sure path to success.

We left these pieces in so that you can observe how we ourselves play with the proposed material.
