    The following classes are especially for mothers who accomplish a lot in their daily lives but have too little time for themselves. Treat yourself to a short or long break from your loved ones, your work, your concerns for others. A time of stillness and movement, morning or evening, suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Pay attention to your natural breath and a sense of naturalness in your movement. Repeat this class regularly and cherish it as a small sanctuary of tranquility in your daily routine. For the exercises, you don't need any additional equipment: just a quiet space, perhaps a yoga mat or a floor where you can move comfortably. If you prefer not to move, lie down and relax through a guided meditation (Yoga Nidra). This course includes two yoga classes of 10 and 40 minutes respectively, as well as a guided meditation of approximately 25 minutes. May all beings be happy and free!

Requirements

  • The course is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. You don't need any prior knowledge. Pay attention to each of your movements to prevent injuries. The teacher guides you through the exercises with a soothing voice.

About the teacher


Ben Rakidzija lives as a traveling yoga teacher and writer in various countries in Europe. Holding a Master's degree in Philosophy, he is internationally recognized as a teacher and has practiced with Zen masters such as Shodo Harada Roshi (Japan) and Ryushin Paul Haller (US/IRL). Ben offers both private and public classes in studios, hotels, and retreat centers. In addition to teaching yoga, he is author of novels, novellas, and plays, and is the founder of a European Literature Festival.
