Description

An online course covering the basics of cyber security for anyone working in an organisation. In less than 1 hour employees and workers will have the knowledge to protect themselves and the business from harm online.

The course covers topics such as good password practices, mobile devices and remote working, together with the risks associated with social media and social engineering.


Once they have completed this course, employees and knowledge workers will have the information to protect themselves and the business from being harmed online.


All workers will understand the risks involved in being online in today's business world and in particular, when working from home. Remote working brings additional risks and these are explained in the course.


Knowledge workers are people who use computers, laptops, smart phones or tablets to complete their work. They are the most exposed to hackers, malware, phishing and social engineering.


This course will make a big difference to preventing these issues, making employees aware of them and what to do in the event of an attack.


After you complete this course you will understand what online threats are out there and be fully aware of the areas of greatest risk. Also, you will be able to take action in order to protect yourself and the organisation you work for.
