Cecilia Anastos holds a Master's in Strategic Intelligence with specialty in Middle East Issues and Graduate Certificate in Cybercrime. Ms. Anastos designed the first cyber defense course for US Navy SEALs where she taught it for many years. She was a guest instructor at the FBI National Academy. She has also taught in the, academia, private sector and police departments.

Ms. Anastos was named one of the most influential leaders in cybersecurity by San Diego Business Journal in 2016.
