Customs Inward Processing Suspension Authorisation

I have spent the last eleven years working for an FDA Regulated Multinational Medical Device and  Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Corporation as a Customs Specialist where I am currently at Principal Customs and Trade Compliance Specialist level

I brought Customs Brokerage and Compliance into our business where we are completely independent of Customs Brokers. It is extremely rare to see a Manufacturing Company take ownership for all of their customs activities, in particular, Brokerage. This level of control has allowed me to introduce multiple successful and highly beneficial Customs Processes and Economic Procedures into our Supply Chain and Business in general.

It has resulted in a very strong relationship with mutual respect with Senior Customs Officials in Ireland

While Customs Brokers and Customs Consultants have their own traditional and unique skill sets, they do not have the detailed insight into how Customs Trade Compliance operates at it's optimum efficiency inside a dynamic and complicated Multinational Manufacturing and Supply Chain environment
