Instructor
I am Sugar Artist, Teacher and Book Author from Bulgaria. Started making cakes in 2011, since 2013 I teach modelling classes in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Bulgaria. My Book "Valentina's Sugarland: Lifelike Cake Characters for Hobby and Professional Artists" was published in german in 2017 and in english in 2018.
My passion is modelling of small and big figures and busts out of modelling paste and modelling chocolate.
I also become 2013 judge in Germany, Switzerland and Austia for Cake Competitions, since 2019 also in UK at Cake International.
Everything started as a hobby, I was making cakes for friends and family and was having so much fun doing this. Along the way I discovered that I adore making sugar figurines. The first ones weren`t perfekt, sometimes they looked really ugly, but with each figurine I got better and better. It was so addicting to see the development in my modeling skills.
