We really want to make sure that everyone who owns a business, works at a business, and is interested in becoming a leader someday - understands the importance of culture within the organization.  Does your current company have a culture of:

- Safety

- Results

- Caring

- Learning

- Authority

- Customer Service

- Sales

- Fun

- Innovation

- Empowerment

- Task Oriented

- Order & Organization

- Mission Driven

- Leadership

- Development

These are just some different types of cultures.  Your organization can have a mixture of them or others.  However, is that the culture that the organization truly wanted to have when they started the organization?  Or did that culture develop because of behaviors or processes or even certain leadership that came in?

In transformation point #1, we review what cultural mindset is and how it affects you.  We really want you to think in this section what the DNA of your organization is today.

What does your organization feel like, what is it made of, how do people act, what is getting done and not getting done, what needs to change, what is going great, who may need to leave the organization, who is leading well in the organization, are their clicks of employees, what is the financial state of the organization, what is the morale like, do people love working there, what drives the organization, and what is the work ethic like?

These are just some questions to think about within the organization you are in today.

In transformation point #2, you will learn all about a fixed mindset vs. a growth mindset.  Which one do you think you are before watching the video?

We compare the two types in full detail and you may be surprised that you have similarities of both sometimes.

Transformation Point #2

In transformation point #3, we dive into culture more.  Culture can be a secret weapon good or bad.  We share with you the culture of PIXAR movie company.  It is interesting to see this great detailed example.

Transformation Point #3
12:52

In transformation point #4, we walk through a culture mindset worksheet that will help you in your department, within your team, or within your organization really understand your culture and where the culture is coming from.

It is important to know that during The Bridge Venture's Culture Development Program, we go through rebuilding of an organization's culture.  Within there, understanding what the leaders of the organization are telling the employees around what the mission, vision and strategy of the organization is, drives the employees in the direction they need to go.  You need to align all employees with that strategy to create the culture.  They MUST have that mindset OR they will never aligh.

Transformation Point #4

We want to personally thank you for taking the time to go through this class. If you didn't learn anything new, at least we hope this was a mindset reminder and refresher for your outlook in the short time frame until it is put to the back of your mind.

If you feel it is a good tool for all of your teammates, we are even more excited!

We hope you follow us on Facebook and on our website. We have other courses to offer like this on your journey to building your solid organizational culture!

Best of luck to you - Angelique & John
