This course can be taken as a stand-alone course or with Spiritual Competency Training which will cover Step-by-step instructions to train professionals working with clients, such as counselors, life coaches, therapists, and other helping professionals to gain confidence and be able to deal with clients of diverse religious and spiritual backgrounds (RS).
Throughout the course, resources and exercises will be provided for those students who wish to dig deeper into the subject and take control of their spiritual journey.

Uzma is a bilingual Instructor assisting students in their personal, professional, and spiritual development. She launched an online learning program based on a psycho-spiritual model of learning the Adult Spiritual Educational program (ASEP) that enhances psychological and spiritual well-being. Psychospiritual Model of learning. It is a spiritual psychology (Psychology with a Soul) that brings together both the psychology and science of the psyche to explore our deeper spiritual essence, potential, and purpose within each of us.
Uzma's personal quest for self-actualization and realization lead her to dedicate a large part of her life to seeking knowledge and exploring a link between human behavior, psyche, spirituality, Islamic eschatology & psychology.
She has learned Islamic Science, Theology, Applied Sufi Psychology, Islamic Mystical tradition, and Islamic Eschatology through various scholars of the past and present in the Islamic world. Spending a large part of her life in Saudi Arabia gives her the opportunity to learn new languages such as Arabic and Urdu. She has dedicated 10+ years to learning and teaching Arabic, promoting religious diversity by utilizing her multicultural and linguistic knowledge. She is a certified Arabic Calligrapher.
Dedicated to community service, interfaith work, and civic engagement since 2000. She believes in empowering others through education.
She firmly believes that religious, cultural, and ethnic differences serve a purpose for humanity. These differences help us discover unity within diversity and help us create a pluralistic society with deep respect and appreciation of different beliefs.
She believes we cannot be stagnant but instead, be proactive and strive together for positive changes in a society that leads toward progress.
As a certified Human Right Consultant, In 2019, She met Indonesian delegates ( Global leadership program) to promote interfaith dialogue and shared values of civic engagement, democracy, human rights, pluralism, diversity, and the impact of women in western society through Islamic & Judeo-Christian perspective.
She received a community service award in 2015 & received recognition for interfaith services from Interfaith Leadership Council in 2016.
She has served as an Education Coordinator and worked at various Non-profit organizations to promote peace, tolerance, and religious diversity. As an activist she has dedicated over 18 years to teaching, leading, counseling, mentoring, and guiding students from various ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds. She has worked with students of various professional backgrounds such as Psychologists, social workers, educators, medical professionals, counselors, and teachers to empower and guide them toward a path of self-development and transformation.
She is a Licensed Positive Psychology Practioner. She has integrated Spiritual psychology and Applied Positive psychology into the Islamic studies program helping clients to deliver transformational change
