Description

A growth mindset is a belief that a person’s abilities and talents can be improved over time. People with a growth mindset are more likely to embrace challenges, persist in the face of setbacks, and view failure as an opportunity to learn and grow.

A growth mindset is something we can all cultivate. People who cultivate a growth mindset achieve their goals and realize greater success. A growth mindset leads to belief and confidence in ourselves. We are open to learning and accepting challenges.  People with a growth mindset believe that their abilities and talents are not fixed, but that they can grow.

This workshop will demonstrate through activities how to cultivate a growth mindset. During this workshop you'll learn to recognize your fixed mindset triggers. You'll cultivate a growth mindset voice to transition from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. You'll turn your growth mindset into action and move toward your greatest potential.

Cultivating a growth mindset can help us achieve our goals, develop new skills, and improve our overall well-being. In addition to these great benefits, people also experience greater resilience, happiness and confidence. To develop a growth mindset, one can start by embracing challenges, learning from criticism, and focusing on the process of learning rather than just the outcome. It’s also important to recognize that setbacks and failures are a natural part of the learning process and can provide valuable opportunities for growth.
