
Welcome to the Cubase Technical Course! I am very excited you have taken the next steps to furthering your technical chops on Cubase. Learning new softwares can be extremely stressful, but in this course we will remove the fear and help YOU feel more confident.
This course will take you step-by-step through the most common spaces and tools you will be using everyday working on Cubase. Get ready to become an expert user of Cubase Pro!
In this lesson, we are learning about the different versions of Cubase and touched upon why I chose Cubase Pro over the other 4 versions. Cubase Pro offers a lot of the advanced tools needed for a quicker workflow and powerful referencing tools within it.
In this lesson, we go through the basics of an audio interface and the basic connections you'll find on the units. I show two of the most popular interfaces, Focusrite 2i2 and the Apollo Twin X. Although most people are familiar with these devices, I wanted to be sure everyone has a basic understanding on what audio interfaces do and the kind of connections built in them.

Knowing how to navigate the HUB, will help you produce your music with ease and allow you to choose some of Cubase presets or some of your own templates in order to dive into creating quicker!
