
Welcome to the introductory video to the training. Tony Robbins said success is 80% mindset and 20% mechanics so it is critical to crush negativity and optimize our thoughts and beliefs away from the threat seeking, reactive, survival instinct, negative patterns and into the pro-active, positive, logical and inspired mindset.This has been a labour of love and I have definitely felt the benefits just from creating this series, I really hope you do to. The intention here is to facilitate more attention to positivity and make a shift from hype and hysteria to HOPE. From fear to FAITH and from victim to VICTOR and you will move towards maximizing joy, creativity, inspiration and peaceful contentment. Besides a healthy mindset tuneup you will also optimize and empower your relationships, you will better deal with conflict and depression, you will boost your worthiness, you will discover your more authentic self and plug-in to more contentment and fulfillment.
Day 2. Everything begins with a thought. Have you imprisoned your thoughts? Has that reflected in other areas of your life? What does your box look like and can you open it up? The mind is unlimited, allow it some freedom.
Nobody can ever force you to think their thoughts, HOWEVER we have been influenced greatly by what we have learnt. We have been mainly taught what to think and what to learn but not how to think and how to learn. Are your learnt thoughts serving your highest good? Can you optimize them? Change is inevitable but why not attract change with ease and grace and flow.
Day 3. Today we look at WORTHINESS and especially the lack of it in our self perceptions. We have been led to believe we are never good enough unless we .....(fill in the blank) This is BS. Day 4. We look at paying attention to your authentic self. Finding your highest authentic values and getting congruent with them. Finding the ways of filling your proverbial cup and not expecting anyone else to do it for you.

Day 5. Fail Fabulously. Today's training is about overcoming the fear of failure and taking action regardless of the outcome like Sara Blakely did.

Day 6. How to handle the triggers and responses that result from conflict as well as relinquishing the need to control others but also focusing on controlling our engagement so that things do not escalate.

Day 7. As important as it is for bathing in positivity, it is equally important not to suppress negativity. There are ways of expressing and releasing anger, grief and resentment constructively but the real trick is healing the old perceptions that are now outdated. We look at the various typical stages of grief and a strategy to transcend it all.

Day 8 looks at the stages of a typical relationship and how to optimize and empower them to move from co-dependent to co-independent. Success is built on healthy relationships.
