The course that we are presenting to you here is created during this difficult time, and tailored to help during this time specifically. It is the first part of the series where our teachers and coaches will be sharing some effective simple methods which will help you go through it.
We call it: Crisis 911.
The name is self-explanatory. It tells you exactly what you will learn: it’s your emergency guide, a set of practical techniques that will help you to go through any critical situation easier, faster, and with less struggle.
It will teach you what you should and should not do right in the middle of the tough situation where you feel lost, things are falling apart, and you find that you don't have the energy. The moments when you specifically need to act correctly, taking efficient steps towards resolving the situation.
We will be speaking about your emergency self-services. These self-services are things you can do in order to prevent the situation from getting worse. And opposite to that - you will learn how to resolve the situation as fast and as easily as possible.
We will be teaching you simple techniques, exercises, methods which are based on the principles of self-management.
The principle of Self-management means - you don't need external help from anyone else to follow those methods and apply these techniques. No coach, teacher, or therapist. You can do this by yourself.
This is why we will avoid complicated techniques and will focus on the most simple but effective methods. Not only that, but we will be teaching you how to apply these techniques in the most efficient way.
