Description
Creativity is a process that you must push from your mind and make it into a finished product, not let it sit in your mind until the idea fizzles out.
People allow doubts, perfection and procrastination to stop them from achieving and reaching their goals. This course will teach you to push past all of your mental roads blocks and successfully reach your creative goals.
INSTRUCTOR BACKGROUND:
I am an award-winning creative artist that has seen what happens when a person allows their doubts to get the best of them. Or worse yet, to follow the crowd instead of letting their creativity shine because they lack the confidence in their creative abilities.
When I was in school, I did a little personal experiment. I created artwork with various media that none of my other senior classmates touched. I pushed myself creatively. My classmates stayed with only realistic drawing and painting. Basically everyone stayed in their comfort zone.
The end result? I was presented with the top art award out of everyone in my art group that year.

Are you creative and looking for fun and unique courses to take?
Then you've come to the right place! Hi, my name is Tatiana Ambrose, and my world revolves around creativity and creative thought. I have a BFA degree in Creative Writing and find myself drawn to the questions most creative enthusiasts are drawn to: how to generate new ideas, and how to stand out from the crowd as I do it.
I always contemplate these two questions, especially, during my creative work (academic work as well as personal). My creativity expresses itself through writing, still, life drawing with various art media, paper art, painting, acrylic, rock art, ceramics, sewing, jewelry, pastels, and multimedia work. Abstract art has always been my favorite; it is through that medium that my creativity can really soar.
In 2009, during my college years, I began a YouTube channel focusing on upcycling pop tabs and creating tutorials encouraging others to follow along. These videos are still some of the most popular videos on my channel with almost 5 million total views.
My channel has evolved from crafts to now focus more on me, creativity and my lifestyle, with the occasional videos of my four dogs, Ares, Athena, Sandy and Romeo. I have grown up with dogs and have been working professionally with dogs since I was a teenager. From all-natural dog food stores to dog grooming, dog training and even dedicated three years at a veterinary clinic. My passion for dogs is almost a tie with my love of creativity. So you will see canine courses sprinkled among my creative ones as well.
I now see creativity as a way to give life to anything I encounter as struggling to be beautiful, exciting, or different from the crowd. Creativity has a use in our everyday lives, if we just relax and allow our thoughts to escape the box we try to force them into.
Your journey of creativity is individual to you, and I hope I get to know you through that journey, regardless of where it takes you or how you choose to use it.
