Description
Every business leader today is asking the same question..."How can we create a more resilient workforce?"
Every person these days is asking the same question..."How can I develop more health and happiness in my personal and professional life?"
Historically, the problem has been that most companies and most people didn't have a Resilience Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help guide them through the process of developing resilience.
What keeps you awake at night? For most people, it's some aspect of their Physical, Mental, Personal and Financial wellbeing. These are the four legs of resilience that matter the most to me and you can think of them like the four legs of your kitchen table. You can't have just one or two strong legs and expect the table not to tip over. All four legs must be equally strong for you to be resilient. This course will teach you the V.I.P. Process for addressing each of these legs.
Think of the V.I.P. Process is like a table cloth that covers the entire table and applies to each leg.
How do you explain why some people get stuck in life while others not only survive adversity, they eventually learn how to thrive? Resilience is about learning how to move forward and thrive in the face of adversity.
Over the past 30 years, I have learned the secret of resilience as an Entrepreneur, Husband and Ironman Triathlete. In this virtual training course, I will be sharing my hard-won knowledge with you, helping you to create a Resilience Playbook so that you can not only learn how to survive, but eventually learn how to thrive in your personal and professional life.
SPECIAL BONUS OFFER: Every student who takes this course will receive a 30 minute one-on-one virtual debrief with me (Dave Buzanko) to discuss core concepts and clarify any questions that you have. Why? Because the success of each of my students is that important to me, just as I believe your desire to become more resilient is important to you. Instructions to book your debrief meeting will be in your course welcoming message.
I look forward to meeting each of you personally following your successful completion of this course.
