Instructor
I have over 8 years combined working in the health in fitness field, I have my bachelors degree in kinesiology and am a certified personal trainer through NASM.
My aim is to give people the tools and information so that they can become their best selves and their own master. In this sea of diets, gurus, and fitness fads it is easy to get lost and confused. The truth is only you can create the perfect, diet, fitness regimen and life for yourself.
